Comportamentina: a medicine for working well with others

We’ve always appreciated projects focused on internal company communication, an essential yet often overlooked aspect.

Coopselios, a social cooperative providing socio-assistential, educational, and healthcare services, asked us to devise an unconventional tool to disseminate their Code of Ethics to colleagues in the Elderly sector.

Thus, we created Comportamentina: genuine “pills” for care, made up of “ethical” active ingredients: respect, professionalism, responsibility… Not rules, but advice to consult as needed in everyday interactions with clients, their families, and colleagues. The pocket-sized format, reminiscent of a classic “blister” pack of medicines, allows Comportamentina to be used as a handy vade mecum, ready to be referred to whenever needed.
