Defying the usual logos

Pindarica designed the logo for Fattorie Rabboni & Zanetti, producers of high-quality organic cheeses, including fresh pecorino, aged pecorino, and ricotta. We know that good milk comes from prized sheep. For this reason, the Fattorie have chosen to raise a particular breed: the Lacaune sheep. Of French origin, they have been carefully selected over the centuries for cheese production: for example, it is their milk that is used to make the famous Roquefort cheese.

In the logo, we highlighted the two main characters of the Fattorie: the sheep and the farmer. The graphic element representing the sheep is the same element that forms the beard on the man’s face with the hat. The beard signifies experience, maturity, and competence: the same qualities that a good farmer brings to his daily work. The circular logo and the rays illuminating the background from the center evoke the sunny meadows where our sheep live.

A perfect setting to represent a short supply chain: from the field to the cheese.
