Pump it up, Inoxihp!

With the creation of a 3D video, Pindarica has initiated a new collaboration with Inoxihp, a major producer of hydraulic pumps that has been part of Interpump Group since 2014. The PF 550 is one of the most representative products of the Nova Milanese-based company. After a discussion with the technical office and the delivery of the CAD design files, we created a storyboard outlining the key points of the video before moving on to the actual production. The main advantage of a 3D render in such applications is the ability to observe the object in all its facets, both “static” and in operation, which would be impossible with real-life footage. We can thus look under the metal casing of the pump and observe the flow of water acting on the pistons, appreciate the lubrication and cooling systems, as well as the ease of maintenance due to a design featuring easily removable components. Therefore, a three-dimensional video of this type, capable of conveying a mood that is both technical and emotional, proves to be a perfect communication tool for companies that produce high-tech objects difficult to “capture” in reality.
